Brand OS

Your brand, rebuilt as a system your AI can use.

Brand OS makes your existing brand , so your team and your AI produce on-brand work from one source.

A human stays in the loop, keeping custody of your brand.

Brand guidelines vs Brand OS.

A guidelines PDF describes the brand. Brand OS hands your team and your AI the brand itself to build from.

Why it stays on-brand.

Two things keep the output looking and sounding like you long after the build is finished.

Built from your real brand.

Claude reads your actual , and rules straight from Figma, so every draft starts from the brand itself rather than a summary of it.

Brand OS plugs into the Claude seats your team already has, and your tokens export to open formats such as , so the system travels with you.

The build, in four steps.

From the brand you have to a system that builds, and none of it starts from a blank file.

Bring the brand

Bring your guidelines, your working files, or both. If there is no brand yet, we build one with you first.

  • Guidelines, Figma files and live assets gathered
  • Strategy and positioning reviewed
  • Gaps and inconsistencies flagged
  • Scope agreed: Foundation, Core or Enterprise

Is this a fit?

Be honest with yourself

You may not need us if

  • You have a lead with the time to structure the brand and keep it maintained.
  • You only need the occasional asset, and a well-briefed freelancer already covers it.
  • Your team is comfortable setting up and running open-source AI design tools on its own.
Where we earn our fee

Brand OS is a fit if

  • Your team makes more on-brand work than it can check by hand.
  • Nobody has the time to build the system properly or keep it current.
  • You want a person accountable for what the AI puts out.
  • You work in a field where claims need sign-off before they ship.

Questions about the build.

Which AI tools does it work with?
It's built around Claude connected to Figma through the . Your also export to open formats, including , so the system isn't locked to a single tool and can travel with you.
Can we keep using our existing brand platform?
Yes. Ótimo is Figma-native and tool-agnostic: your tokens export to open formats, so we can deliver on top of whatever platform you already use, Frontify, Corebook or similar, rather than locking you into a new one. The goal is to make your brand genuinely good as a system, wherever it lives.
How long does it take?
Roughly: a Focused Audit takes about a week and an Enterprise Audit about two, a Foundation build is one to two weeks, a Core build is five to eight weeks, and an Enterprise build runs eight to twelve weeks or more.
What do you need from us to get started?
Not much: access to your existing brand assets (or a conversation about creating one), your Figma workspace, and a little time from whoever owns the brand. We handle the systematising, the tokens, the AI wiring and the setup, so you don't need anyone technical on your side.
